I forgot to mention yesterday that Sofia is now 11 weeks old! I can hardly believe it - she's changing so fast! She found her right hand today and it was just precious! It was so funny to watch her concentrating so hard. Yesterday while we were at the mall, she reached for something (on purpose) for the first time. It seems like she's doing something new each day. That itty-bitty baby that slept all the time is definitely gone now.
I'm feeling very "Martha Stewart" today. I'm trying her recipe for fresh applesauce (no sugar added). It's still simmering on the stove and even if it tastes bad, it sure made the house smell good today!
Also of note - I found out today that our friend, Nikole (aka "Evan's Mom"), will also be staying home full-time. We've started walking together at the park to conquer our baby bodies together. It's hard to believe just a few months ago, we were comparing "fertility" stories only to find we ended up pregnant within a few weeks of each other.
The Office and Grey's Anatomy premier is tonight - it's kind of sad how much we've been looking forward to this night of television. :0)
