trimming the tree

This is how Sofia decorates a Christmas tree... This is also the reason we only decorated our tree halfway down this year and I'm so glad we did! Not because we're avoiding a mess, but because it's been so much fun to watch her do her own 'decorating'. Every day she seems to give it a different "look". Usually, it's the dolls. But some days she'll add a farm animal or one of her shoes, all while saying "ho, ho, ho". When she's finished, she steps back to take it all in, claps and says "wow". Really, she says "wow"! It is so funny!
